Fall Book Club & Divorce Support Group

Welcome

If you’ve found yourself here, it may be because you’re carrying pain that’s hard to explain—grief that lingers, loss that others don’t fully understand, relationships that hurt more than they help, or a quiet longing for a safe space to finally let it all out.

You are not alone.

My name is Mary, and together we'll explore the complex emotions of grief, loss, and

relational trauma. Together, we can make room for your pain—and your healing.

When life feels heavy or unmanageable, being truly seen, heard, and accepted without judgment is often the most powerful starting point. Whether you're facing the weight of profound grief, tangled family dynamics, or difficulty forming healthy connections, talk therapy can provide a safe foundation for healing.

My approach is rooted in compassion, deep listening, and a belief in your inherent resilience. I don’t claim to have all the answers—but I will walk beside you as you begin to find your own.

If you’re ready, let’s begin this work together.

"All therapy is grief work."

My Approach to Our Time Together

Therapy, to me, is a collaborative journey—one of reflection, awareness, and growth. Together, we’ll explore how grief and trauma may have shaped your story—and how you can begin to reshape that story today.

I help clients understand how their past has influenced their present, often in ways that once made sense but may no longer serve them. Through this process, we’ll build self-compassion, emotional resilience, and new patterns of relating—to yourself and others.

I believe in:

  • Creating a safe, supportive environment

  • Validating your lived experiences and emotions

  • Helping you make sense of your internal world

  • Supporting your growth without pressure, judgment, or shame

If you’re ready, we can begin this journey together—at your pace, in your way.

What I’m Not

If you’re looking for a therapist to tell you what’s wrong—or to ‘fix’ you—I’m not that therapist.

Why? Because I don’t see my clients as broken or flawed.

You are the expert on your life. My role is to help you uncover and trust that truth again.

What I am is someone who will:

  • Hold space for your grief, trauma, and uncertainty

  • Listen with compassion, not correction

  • Validate your experiences without rushing to “fix” you

If this feels like the kind of support you’ve been searching for, I’d love to connect.
